  • 1 cup Pumpkin peeled and grated
  • 1 cup Sweet Potatoes peeled and grated
  • 3/4 cup Condensed Milk or khoya khoya or
  • 2 tbsp Saffron or milk soaked in milk
  • 1 cup Condensed Milk or sugar, or khoya sugar if using khoya reduce the half quantity if using
  • Garnishing or fruits assorted dry fruits chopped for
  • 3 tbsp Desi Ghee


  • heat ghee in a non stick pan
  • add peeled and grated pumpkin and sweet potatoes
  • stir fry for 10 -15 minutes
  • add khoya or condensed milk and keep cooking on medium flame for 15 minutes
  • add sugar and cook till it dissolve properly
  • add saffron and mix nicely for another couple of minutes
  • serve hot garnished with dry fruits
