- Corainder seeds 2 tb spoon
- Cummin seeds 1/2 tb spoon
- Garlic pearls 10
- Ginger 2 inch piece
- Garam masala powder 1 tea spoon
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon
- Kashmiri chilli powder 2 tea spoons For colour and Ordinary red chilli powder 3 tea spoons
- Salt 1 tea spoon
- Vinegar 1 tb spoon
- Refined Oil 3 tb spoons
- Kasuri Mehthi 1 tea spoon.
- Lemon juice 1 tea spoon.

Instructions
- First powder the coriander seeds and cumin seeds to a fine powder. Then Add the remaining items mentioned above except last four items and ground to fine paste with little water.
