Ingredients
- 2 spoon Seeds corainder tb
- 1/2 spoon Seeds cummin tb
- 10 Garlic pearls
- 2 inch Ginger
- 1 spoon Garam Masala tea
- 1/2 spoon Turmeric Powder tea
- 2 spoons Kashmiri red chili powder for colour and ordinary red chilli powder 3 tea spoons tea
- 1 tsp Salt tea, or as per taste
- 1 spoon Vinegar tb
- 3 spoons Refined Oil tb
- 1 spoon Kasuri Mehthi 1 Tea Spoon. kasuri mehthi tea
- 1 spoon Lemon Juice tea

Instructions
- First powder the coriander seeds and cumin seeds to a fine powder. Then Add the remaining items mentioned above except last four items  and ground to fine paste with little water.Â
- Heat a heavy bottomed pan and add oil. Add the paste and stir well in medium flame. Add lemon juice, vinegar and keep stirring. Add 2 table spoon of water to make a thin paste. Cook it till the oil separates. Leave to cool before spooning to air tight jars. Â _x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_
