Ingredients
- Potatoes 500grams
- Vermicelli 200 grams
- Finely chopped onions-2
- Finely chopped green chillies
- Finely chopped ginger 1 small piece
- Finely chopped garlic pods-4
- Red chilli powder 2 spoons
- Haram masala 1 spoon
- Pepper powder 1 spoon
- Powdered salt required amount
- Oil for frying
- Maida solution 1 cup
- Coriander leaves
- Cooked green peas
- Tomato sauce

Instructions
- Cook the potatoes in the cooker for 5 minutes
- Mash the potatoes well with salt, chilli powder, pepper powder and haram masala
- Saute this potato with onions, ginger and garlic
- Make balls with this mashed potatoes.
- Make the balls into flat shaped patties
- Press the patties in the centre and dip into maida solution
- Now roll these patties on lightly crushed vermicelli.
- Prepare all patties like this.
- Now deep fry these patties in oil
- After frying place cooked potatoes in the centre.
- The green peas look like eggs of birds.
- The whole patties look like bird's nest.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
Notes
Prepare all patties and fry after 10 minutes, so that vermicelli sticks well.
