pumpkin [ peeled and grated ] - 1 cup
sweet potatoes [ peeled and grated] - 1 cup
khoya or condensed milk - 3/4 cup
saffron [ soaked in 2 tbs milk] - few strands
sugar - 1 cup [if using khoya] reduce the half quantity if using condensed milk
assorted dry fruits chopped - for garnishing
ghee - 3 tbs
Instructions
heat ghee in a non stick pan
add peeled and grated pumpkin and sweet potatoes
stir fry for 10 -15 minutes
add khoya or condensed milk and keep cooking on medium flame for 15 minutes
add sugar and cook till it dissolve properly
add saffron and mix nicely for another couple of minutes
serve hot garnished with dry fruits
