When you are in hurry don’t worry, Instant Dosa is a perfect breakfast to save you. Suddenly your kids demand something to eat and you don’t have soaked rice and urad dal for the Dosa Batter. What will you do? Just take your rice flour and corn flour and start making this simple Instant dosa. Let your kids enjoy summer holidays sitting at home.
1 cup rice flour
1/4 cup corn flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp coconut milk
Coconut oil for making tawa fry dosa
Take a mixing bowl add rice flour, corn flour salt and coconut milk. Make a smooth batter adding one and half cup water.
Now pour the batter on the Tawa and spread.
Flip the dosa and see how it is cooked.
Serve with sambhar or chutney whatever you like. Let your children enjoy the instant dosa.
