Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Semolina
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Water as required

Instructions
 

  • Just make batter with semolina, curd and water. Keep it for 10-20 minutes. Semolina will soak water then add baking soda just before steaming.

  • Pour on the mould and steam. Then after 10 minutes see how fluffy it is done.

  • Serve with sambar and coconut chutney. Sprinkle Moringa masala to make it more healthy.
