When you are in hurry don’t worry, Instant idly is a perfect breakfast to save you. Suddenly your kids demand something to eat and you don’t have soaked rice and urad dal for the batter. What will you do? Just take out your semolina and curd, start making this simple Instant idly. Let your kids enjoy holidays sitting at home.
1 cup semolina
1/2 cup curd
1/4 tsp baking soda
Salt to taste
Water as required
Just make batter with semolina, curd and water. Keep it for 10-20 minutes. Semolina will soak water then add baking soda just before steaming.
Pour on the mould and steam. Then after 10 minutes see how fluffy it is done.
Serve with sambar and coconut chutney. Sprinkle Moringa masala to make it more healthy.
