Instant Idly

Ingredients
- 1 cup semolina
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Salt
- Water as required
Instructions
- Just make batter with semolina, curd and water. Keep it for 10-20 minutes. Semolina will soak water then add baking soda just before steaming.
- Pour on the mould and steam. Then after 10 minutes see how fluffy it is done.
- Serve with sambar and coconut chutney. Sprinkle Moringa masala to make it more healthy.
