Ingredients
- 1 cup Gooseberry or amla amla indian grated
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 5 tbsp Melon Seeds

Instructions
- wash and pat dry amla
- grate the amla
- heat a non stick pan add grated amla and sugar , cook till sugar dissolves and juice of amla start evaporating
- turn off heat when mixture start leaving the edges of pan
- add extra virgin olive oil to enhance flavour and nutritive value of dish + it gives a good shine to recipe
- sprinkle melon seeds and let it cool down and store in glass jars , can be served as meal accompaniment , toast spread or even a dessert or mouth freshner as well
