Ingredients
- 1 cup Rava (â)
- 1/2 cup Rice Flour (â)
- 1/2 cup Refined flour (â)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Water As Needed
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds (â)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (â)
- 2 tsp Pepper (whole â)
- 3 Green Chillies (â chopped finely)
- 1 tsp Seasoning (or oil for oil)
- 1 leaves Curry (â)
- 1 tbsp Ginger (â finely chopped)
- 1 Onion (â medium size finely chopped)
- 2 leaves Coriander (â finely chopped)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add maida, rice flour, rava and salt. Add water and make into a very thin batter. Set it aside for 15 mins.
- Heat a non stick tawa and pour couple of ladleful of batter from a height so that it forms small holes in this. Pour it all over the tawa and form a dosa shape.
- Drizzle oil all over the edges and let it cook for about 2-3 mins. Flip over and cook for a min or two or till golden and crisp.
- Remove and Serve with any chutney of your choice.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, cumin and pepper and sauté for a min.
- Add in ginger, curry leaves, green chilli, onion, mix well and saute for a min or two. Pour this to the batter. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
