- Chop the Vegetables and Steam the vegetable(Carrots, Beans and Mushrooms)
- In another pan boil the noodles
- In a mixer jar add noodles masala powder, Three tablespoons of carrots and beans puree and 2 tablespoons of yogurt Blend it into a smooth paste.
- In a Pan, add three tablespoons of oil
- Add onions and green chillies
- Add One Teaspoon of salt
- Add Half a Teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
- Keep stirring and close the lid for 2 minutes
- Add the Noodle's masala paste and mix it well
- then add the steamed vegetables and the boiled noodles
- Mix it well
- And Our Little Millet Noodles is ready

- Steam the vegetables for 10 Minutes(Carrot, Beans and Mushrooms)
- Once you add the noodles in the final process mix it immediately otherwise it will become too sticky
