Ingredients
- 250 gm Paneer cut into fingers
- 2 Onions
- 1 to Tomato
- 4-5 Cashews
- 6-7 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Hung Curd
- 1 tbsp Whole Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
- 1 cup Skimmed Milk
- 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi freshly roasted and powdered
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp red chili powder kashmiri
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- to Sugar optional taste
- 1 tsp Tandoori Masala

Instructions
- heat the ghee. cook onions, tomato, garlic, cashews and whole spices with some water till mushy.
- puree the cooked mixture with curd and return to flame. Cook with all the dry spices except kasuri methi till it leaves the fat
- add the paneer and milk. bring to a boil till it thickens. add the kasuri methi.
- Serve hot with crisp rotis
