Healthy and Tasty Avocado Carrot and Cucumber Salad with Yogurt

Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 2 Carrots Washed and Grated
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- a Lemon small, optional

Instructions
Preparation
- Cut the avocado into two halves
- Remove the seed from the centre
- Take out the green part with the spoon
- Wash and Grate the 2 Carrots
- Wash the cucumber, Cut it into two equal halves and Chop it into small pieces.
Mixing all the ingredients
- In a bowl mash the avocado,
- Add Two Tablespoons of Yogurt
- Add Grated Carrot and Pieces of cucumber.
- Add One Teaspoon of Salt
- Add Half a Teaspoon of Black Pepper
- Mix them for about 5 Minutes
- Serve it immediately when freshly prepared it tastes amazing.
