Kesar Pista Shrikhand
A popular and simple dessert specially in maharshtra and gujart
- Sweet hung curd - 2 cup
- Powdered sugar or sugar - 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder -1/2 tsp
- Saffron strands - 12-15
- Pista shivered -10-12
- Firstly in a small bowl add saffron strands dissolve it in milk and keep it aside.
- In another big bowl add hung curd beat it properly with the beater.
- After tht in it add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and dissolve saffron strands and mix it properly.
- Take it out in a bowl add lots of shivered pista and few saffron strands and it's ready now.
You can dissolve saffron strands in milk or water as per your choice. You can adjust sugar as per your prefremce.
