Smoothies are a wonderful way of drinking and eating something really healthy. This smoothie really is a powerhouse of health. Bananas are high in potassium, tryptophan, B6, Vitamin C, manganese and fiber. Chia seeds are a super superfood packed with iron, potassium, vitamin C, fibre, omega 3 and protein. And of course, milk and paneer give you a boost of calcium.

Ingredients
- 1 Banana medium
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds soaked in water
- 1/4 cup Thickened Milk or saffron with saffron
- 2 tbsp Fresh Chenna paneer grated fresh chenna
- to glass Serving or sugar sugar as required coat the rim

Instructions
- Place all ingredients, with half of soaked chia seeds into a blender and blend for about 1 minute.
- Dip the serving glass in remaining chia seeds mixture and coat with sugar.
- Top smoothie with remaining chia seeds.
- Serve chilled .
