And of course, milk and paneer give you a boost of calcium.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Banana medium
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds soaked in water
  • 1/4 cup Thickened Milk or saffron with saffron
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chenna paneer grated fresh chenna
  • to glass Serving or sugar sugar as required coat the rim

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients, with half of soaked chia seeds into a blender and blend for about 1 minute.
  • Dip the serving glass in remaining chia seeds mixture and coat with sugar.
  • Top smoothie with remaining chia seeds.
  • Serve chilled .
