Ingredients
- 2 Banana (big size raw)
- 1 cup Urad Dal (power)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Oil (or dip for dip fry)
- 1 bowl Hung Curd
- Roasted Cumin Powder
- Black Salt
- red chili powder (roasted)
- to Spread (sew)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (table, or as per taste)
- Sweet Chutney (or tamarind tamarind)

Instructions
- Take two boiled raw banana mashed. Add black urad dal.
- Make a smooth dough if need sprinkle water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry. Take bowl pour water and 1/3 tsp salt.
- Dip all fried bada. After ten minutes squeeze the badas.
- Serve with curd, sweet chutney, sew, black salt, roasted cumin powder and roasted red chilli powder.
Recipe Notes
Dahi bada should be cool.
