Oatmeal raisin cookies are very chewy and moist with a good flavour, this is healthy for health too

Ingredients
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Applesauce
- 1.5 cup Cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder optional

Instructions
- In a bowl, add together applesauce, honey, and brown sugar. Beat egg , then stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, raisins stir into the mixture.
- Mix in oats. Cover, and chill dough for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Grease cookie sheets. Roll the dough into small sized balls, and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Flatten each cookie with a large fork.
- Bake for10-15 minutes in preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- I made the healthy version that’s why i replaced butter with applesauce, you can add butter instead of applesauce.
- Cinnamon powder is optional , you can add other spice of your choice.
- You can add nuts too instead of raisins.
- Baking time vary because of different ovens
