Ingredients
- 400 gm Bitter Gourd (peeled n sliced)
- 2 Tblespn Gramflour (tblespn gramflour)
- 1 Dry Mango Powder (tblespn)
- 1 Chaat Masala (tspn)
- 1 red chili powder (tspn)
- 1 Coriander Powder (tblespn)
- 1/2 Garam Masala (tspn)
- to teaspoon Salt (or salt salt)
- Oil (for deep fry)

Instructions
- Take large bowl add water n 1teaspoon salt in it. Mix it till salt dissolve in water. Now soak sliced bittergourd in it for 15-20minutes to reduce bitterness of bittergourd.
- Drain extra water n wash soaked bittergourd in running water.
- Now spread bittergourd in large tray. Sprinkle salt to taste, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, chat masala and mango powder. Mix really well.
- Heat oil in deep wok, add some marinated bittergourd chips in heated oil n deep fry till it turn crispy n brown in color.
- Transfer it on a absorbing paper. Do same with other marinated bittergourd chips.
- You are done. Serve this hot with hot cup of tea in teatime or snackstime.
Recipe Notes
Do not fry too much karela wafers at 1 time. It will take time n the chips will also not get perfect crisp.
