Healthy Carrot Pancakes

Healthy carrot pancakes are sure to fill your tummy(fat free) during dieting. As it contains all fiber rich product like carrot, wheat it is very good for reduction of cholesterol n improve digestion.
Addition of onion along with carrot improve immunity. Hence it can be given to kids also

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Onion small size
  • Coriander leaves to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • 1 Carrot medium size
  • Red chili powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Peel and Grate the carrot. Mix salt in wheat flour. Beat 1 egg n keep aside. Chop onions finely. Clean and cut coriander leaves
  • Now add carrot and onion to the wheat flour mix it and add egg and little water to make it a pourable consistency.
  • If adding chili powder add now. Consistency of the batter is thinner. Add coriander leaves. Keep it aside for 10 min (optional)
  • Heat non stick pan when it is hot take a spoon full of batter and pour don't spread it. Make small pancakes.
  • Once it is cooked on both side remove it. Healthy yummy pancakes are ready
  • If you are serving it for kids add little oil or ghee while making pancakes

Notes

  1. Can add any veggies that can be easily cooked.
