Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1 Onion small size
  • Coriander to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • 1 Carrot medium size
  • Red chili powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Peel and Grate the carrot. Mix salt in wheat flour. Beat 1 egg n keep aside. Chop onions finely. Clean and cut coriander leaves
  • Now add carrot and onion to the wheat flour mix it and add egg and little water to make it a pourable consistency.
  • If adding chili powder add now. Consistency of the batter is thinner. Add coriander leaves. Keep it aside for 10 min (optional)
  • Heat non stick pan when it is hot take a spoon full of batter and pour don't spread it. Make small pancakes.
  • Once it is cooked on both side remove it. Healthy yummy pancakes are ready
  • If you are serving it for kids add little oil or ghee while making pancakes
