Healthy Carrot Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole wheat flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 Onion small size
- Coriander leaves to taste
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
- 1 Carrot medium size
- Red chili powder optional
Instructions
- Peel and Grate the carrot. Mix salt in wheat flour. Beat 1 egg n keep aside. Chop onions finely. Clean and cut coriander leaves
- Now add carrot and onion to the wheat flour mix it and add egg and little water to make it a pourable consistency.
- If adding chili powder add now. Consistency of the batter is thinner. Add coriander leaves. Keep it aside for 10 min (optional)
- Heat non stick pan when it is hot take a spoon full of batter and pour don't spread it. Make small pancakes.
- Once it is cooked on both side remove it. Healthy yummy pancakes are ready
- If you are serving it for kids add little oil or ghee while making pancakes
Notes
- Can add any veggies that can be easily cooked.
