Karela chips are my favorite though I do not like Karela much but I can eat Karela chips as many as can, these are easy to make and can be used as an evening snack which is no doubt very healthy and tasty.

Ingredients
- Karela (bitter gourd – 2)
- 2 tsp Corn Flour (â)
- 2 tbsp Besan (â)
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder (â)
- 1 / Saunf (fennel powder – tsp)
- to Red Chili Powder (taste)
- 1 pinch Cumin Powder (â)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Oil (for deep frying)

Instructions
- Wash Karela and slice them as thin as possible. Remember to remove the seeds.
- Mix all the ingredients in bowl sprinkle little water to make it come together and mix well and Keep aside for half an hour.
- Heat the oil and fry sliced Kerala on a medium flame until golden red
- Drain the excess oil in tissue paper and store in airtight container; serve with tea or coffee or as a side dish with rice and your favorite daal.
