Spinach And Corn Sandwich
Ingredients
- 8 slice Bread
- 1 bowl Spinach or palak blanched palak
- 1 cube Processed Cheese grated
- 50 gm Cottage Cheese or paneer grated paneer
- 1/2 tsp Garlic crushed
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Corn american
- 50 gm Butter
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add crushed garlic and saute for one mins.
- Add blanched spinach / palak and american corn and mix well.
- Add white sauce,salt,black pepper,cheese and cottage cheese / paneer and mix well.
- Now stuffing mixture is ready.
- Apply butter on the bread slices.
- Now spread spinach mixture on the bread.
- Cover with other slice of bread.
- Heat non stick pan.
- Grease with butter and place the spinach sandwich on a medium flame.
- When it gets golden brown in one side flip it and spread the butter both the sides get golden brown.
- Cut into two pieces.
