Ingredients
- Bread - 8 slice
- Blanched spinach / palak - 1 bowl
- Grated processed cheese - 1 cube
- Grated cottage cheese / paneer - 50 gms
- Crushed garlic - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - a pinch
- American corn - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 50 gms
- Salt
- Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add crushed garlic and saute for one mins.
- Add blanched spinach / palak and american corn and mix well.
- Add white sauce,salt,black pepper,cheese and cottage cheese / paneer and mix well.
- Now stuffing mixture is ready.
- Apply butter on the bread slices.
- Now spread spinach mixture on the bread.
- Cover with other slice of bread.
- Heat non stick pan.
- Grease with butter and place the spinach sandwich on a medium flame.
- When it gets golden brown in one side flip it and spread the butter both the sides get golden brown.
- Cut into two pieces.
