Ingredients
  

  • Bread - 8 slice
  • Blanched spinach / palak - 1 bowl
  • Grated processed cheese - 1 cube
  • Grated cottage cheese / paneer - 50 gms
  • Crushed garlic - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper - a pinch
  • American corn - 2 tbsp
  • Butter - 50 gms
  • Salt
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add crushed garlic and saute for one mins.
  • Add blanched spinach / palak and american corn and mix well.
  • Add white sauce,salt,black pepper,cheese and cottage cheese / paneer and mix well.
  • Now stuffing mixture is ready.
  • Apply butter on the bread slices.
  • Now spread spinach mixture on the bread.
  • Cover with other slice of bread.
  • Heat non stick pan.
  • Grease with butter and place the spinach sandwich on a medium flame.
  • When it gets golden brown in one side flip it and spread the butter both the sides get golden brown.
  • Cut into two pieces.
