About Baflo

Ingredients
- 2 Mango raw medium size
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt black
- 1/4 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed jeera, roasted
- 10 leaves Mint Leaves
Instructions
- Peel skin of Raw mango and chopped in chunks.Boil it in a 1/2 cup water. Drain it. Keep cooking water aside to use it later. Mash boiked mango. Keep aside.
- Transfer cooked mango pulp in a blending jar. Add salt, black salt, sugar, roasted cumin powder, and mint leaves, little cooked water in it. Blend for 1 minute
- Now take 3 tablespoon of prepared paste into a serving glass. Add some ice cubes and water in it. Stir well. Garnish with mint leaves.

- For an extra cooling effect, muddle a few fresh mint leaves at the bottom of each glass before pouring in the Baflo, or blend some mint directly into the drink for a vibrant green hue and a burst of freshness.
- If you prefer a smokier flavor, lightly roast the cumin seeds before grinding them into powder; this deepens the earthy notes and enhances the overall complexity of the beverage.

- Baflo can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days; simply stir well before serving, as the spices and pulp may settle at the bottom.
