Baflo is a traditional Gujarati drink made with Raw Mango for summer. It prevents from heatstroke.

Ingredients
  

  • Raw Mango - 2 medium size
  • Sugar- 1/2 cup
  • Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Mint leaves - 10-12

Instructions
 

  • Peel skin of Raw mango and chopped in chunks.Boil it in a 1/2 cup water. Drain it. Keep cooking water aside to use it later. Mash boiked mango. Keep aside.
  • Transfer cooked mango pulp in a blending jar. Add salt, black salt, sugar, roasted cumin powder, and mint leaves, little cooked water in it. Blend for 1 minute
  • Now take 3 tablespoon of prepared paste into a serving glass. Add some ice cubes and water in it. Stir well. Garnish with mint leaves.
