I have guava tree enough fruits are there to make guava squash. My neighbour has also guava tree but their guava fruits are pink inside. So I made both colour of squash with fresh guava. Both colour squash will be done separately.
Wash and boil both the colour of guava separately. Boil until soft then strain. After straining don't throw the waste part that can be used as a manure for your plant.
Boil the guava juice with adding jaggery slowly it will thicken then add cinnamon powder, ginger powder and salt.
Keep it in a bottle and store it in fridge. It has no preservative even then it can be stored for a month.
Serve with adding water if you want you can squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle black salt. Both squash done in the same method.
