  • Marinade or chicken grilled chicken for the
  • Chicken boneless – 250 gms, leg
  • 1 tsp Mixed Herbs â
  • Pepper Powder as per taste
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste â
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil â
  • a drops Balsamic Vinegar â
  • 2 tbsp Oats â
  • Paprika or sauce for the sauce
  • 1 Onion chopped â
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree â
  • 5 tsp Paprika chilli flakes/paprika powder â
  • 4 tbsp Butter â
  • 75 ml Cream fresh labnehâ
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste â
  • 6 â Mushroom sautã©ed in butter â
  • 1 cup Stock €“ 1 Cup stock â
  • 1 tbsp Parsley chopped â
  • 2 tbsp Flour â
  • 30 ml Red Wine optional â
  • to Pepper or salt salt and â taste
  • Brown Rice or spinach for the spinach pilaf
  • 1 cup Brown Rice ready boiled â
  • 2 tbsp Spinach ready, or puree puree â
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced â
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil â
  • to Pepper or salt salt and â taste


  • To Marinade Chicken - Add all the above ingredients mentioned under "Grilled Chicken For the marinade" for 20 minutes and coat it in oats. Sauté or grill the chicken in a pan till done. It should get a nice glaze. Keep aside.
  • To make the paprika sauce - Follow these steps - In a pan, sauté the mushrooms with a little butter and keep aside, Put oil/butter and fry the onion and sprinkle the paprika flakes. Add the flour and cook well.
  • Next, add the tomato puree and season with salt and pepper. Add wine, some stock and cook for a few minutes. Add the mushrooms, fresh cream/Labneh and parsley.
  • For Method For the spinach brown rice pilaf For the spinach brown rice pilaf For the spinach brown rice pilaf - Sauté the garlic in olive oil and add the spinach puree. Next, add the rice and season with salt and pepper and serve.
  • Assembling Take a plate, Place the Rice in your ring mould and pack them tightly with the help of a spoon, and demould so the rice comes out in a uniform mound.
  • Spoon the paprika Sauce around the rice. Place the grilled chicken and serve
