Ingredients
  

  • Grilled Chicken For the marinade
  • Chicken leg boneless – 250 gms,
  • Mixed herbs – 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder as per taste
  • Salt
  • Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Balsamic vinegar – a few drops
  • Oats – 2 tbsp
  • For the paprika sauce
  • Onion –1 chopped
  • Tomato puree – 1 cup
  • Paprika – 5 tsp Chilli Flakes/Paprika Powder
  • Butter – 4 tbsp
  • Fresh cream/Labneh– 75 ml
  • Tomato Paste – 1tbsp
  • Mushroom – 4–6 sautéed in butter
  • Stock – 1 cup
  • Parsley – 1 tbsp chopped
  • Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Red Wine – 30 ml optional
  • Salt and pepper – to taste
  • For the spinach brown rice pilaf
  • Boiled brown rice – 1 cup Ready
  • Spinach puree – 2 tbsp Ready
  • Garlic – 1 tbsp minced
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions
 

  • To Marinade Chicken - Add all the above ingredients mentioned under "Grilled Chicken For the marinade" for 20 minutes and coat it in oats. Sauté or grill the chicken in a pan till done. It should get a nice glaze. Keep aside.
  • To make the paprika sauce - Follow these steps - In a pan, sauté the mushrooms with a little butter and keep aside, Put oil/butter and fry the onion and sprinkle the paprika flakes. Add the flour and cook well.
  • Next, add the tomato puree and season with salt and pepper. Add wine, some stock and cook for a few minutes. Add the mushrooms, fresh cream/Labneh and parsley.
  • For Method For the spinach brown rice pilaf For the spinach brown rice pilaf For the spinach brown rice pilaf - Sauté the garlic in olive oil and add the spinach puree. Next, add the rice and season with salt and pepper and serve.
  • Assembling Take a plate, Place the Rice in your ring mould and pack them tightly with the help of a spoon, and demould so the rice comes out in a uniform mound.
  • Spoon the paprika Sauce around the rice. Place the grilled chicken and serve
