Ingredients
 

  • Banana or cake ingredients for the cake
  • 2 Bananas mashed â
  • 100 gm Butter â
  • 100 gm All Purpose Flour â
  • 100 gm Castor Sugar â
  • 2 Eggs â
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder â
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence â
  • 50 ml Milk â
  • 7 tin Baking Loaf Tin €“ 7-Inch baking loaf â
  • Cream ingredients for the boston
  • 1 cup Cooked Or Readymade Custard €“ 1 Cup cooked or readymade custard â
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream â

  • 200 ml Cream fresh â
  • 400 gm Milk Chocolate â

Instructions
 

  • Method to make Banana Cake: Beat the butter and castor sugar until it is light and creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time.
  • Fold in the flour along with the baking powder and add a dash of vanilla essence.
  • Add the mashed bananas. Do not over mix.
  • Add milk. Pour the batter into a 7-inch loaf tin and bake it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Method for making Boston cream: Mix the custard and whipped cream and keep aside.
  • To make Chocolate Sauce: Heat the cream and add the chocolate. Whisk till the chocolate melts.
  • To assemble: Take fancy shot glasses and add a layer of the banana cake after crumbling it. Pipe a layer of banana cake and Boston cream. Pipe a layer of chocolate sauce, top with another layer of cream and a final sprinkling of cake.
  • Chef’s Tip Add some Oreo crumbs or brownie bits.
