A vegetable apperizer which is delicious and has a crunchy crust and softness inside. Gobi lollipop goes best with yogurt dip and green chutney. It's a perfect party appetizer or can be made on weekends too.

Ingredients Â
- 10-12 cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cornflour
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Juice of half lemon
- A pinch of baking soda
- A pinch of red food colour
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
- Oil for frying

- Cut small cauliflower florests. Add the florets to boiling water and cook untill half done.
- Drain the half cooked cauliflower florets, pat dry and set aside.
- In a bowl take flour, cornflour, rice flour, baking soda, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, red food colour and lemon juice. Mix everything well.
- Add water and make a smooth lump free batter. The batter should not be too thick or too thin.
- Heat oil in a pan, when the oil is hot enough take the cauliflower floret dip it completely in the batter and drop it into hot oil.
- Repeat the same process with the rest of the cauliflower.
- Fry them untill crispy and golden brown. Keep on paper napkins to remove the excess oil.
- Wrap the stem of the cauliflower florests with foil paper and serve with yogurt dip.
