Ingredients
  

  • 4 boiled and grated potato
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 small capsicum finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Take mashed potatoes bowl, add onion, capsicum, salt, red chilly powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, cornflour, bread crumbs, lemon juice, fresh coriander mix it well.
  • Take potatobmixture and make small round ball, take little oil along with it, make oval shape of it. Insert toothpick in middle of it.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry the lollipop till it turns golden brown in colour. Take it on absorbent paper.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.

Notes

You can serve with green chutney also.
