Ingredients
- 4 boiled and grated potato
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 small capsicum finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Take mashed potatoes bowl, add onion, capsicum, salt, red chilly powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, cornflour, bread crumbs, lemon juice, fresh coriander mix it well.
- Take potatobmixture and make small round ball, take little oil along with it, make oval shape of it. Insert toothpick in middle of it.
- Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry the lollipop till it turns golden brown in colour. Take it on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
Notes
You can serve with green chutney also.
