Ingredients
- 500 gm banana stem chopped
- 50 gm moong badi
- 1/2 cup onion paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 2 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 2 red chili whole
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon mustard oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

Instructions
- Take a frying pan heat and add oil whole red chili and mustered seeds.
- Seeds will crack add onion paste, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder and tomato puree
- Stir fry then add chopped banana stem salt and little bit water. Mix well and close the lid. Cook for 10 minutes. Serve with steam rice.
