Ingredients
- All Purpose Flour - 1 Cup
- Salt - 1 Tsp
- Butter - 2 Tbsp
- Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp
- Garlic - 2 Cloves or Garlic Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Black Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Dried Oregano - 1/2 Tsp
- Active Dry Yeast - 1 Tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 Tsp
- Water - Lukewarm
- Cheese - 1 Cup Grated
- Corn - 1/2 Cup Boiled
- Olives - 1 Tbsp black and green chopped

- Take a Bowl, pour 1/3 cup lukewarm water sugar and yeast and mix well until sugar dissolves. Keep it aside for 10 minutes to activate yeast.
- Combine melted butter, olive oil, garlic, dried oregano, 1/2 tsp salt, black pepper.
- In a bowl sieve all purpose flour and 1/2 tsp salt and add the butter-oil mixture (leave a little to brush over garlic bread), Mix well
- Add yeast water in center and form a smooth dough, add little lukewarm water in case needed.
- Kneed the dough for 10 minutes to get soft sticky dough. Form a ball and grease the top with oil and cover the bowl and keep it in a warm place for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour take your dough on rolling plate and powder it with some semolina and roll the dough in round shape.
- On half side put some grated cheese, boiled corn, olives and cover again with cheese, on the other half brush the butter-oil mixture.
- Now fold the dough to Semi Circle and try to seal the corners really softly.
- Make some cuts on Bread half way through but do not cut it completely, and brush with leftover butter-oil mixture on top of the bread.
- Leave the bread covered with lid to rise again in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Pre - Heat Oven at 210 degree Celsius, grease your baking dish well and place the bread on top it and bake your bread in middle shelf for 20 minutes, cover the bread with foil half way through.
- Keep an eye after 15 Minutes if its golden enough turn off the oven and take it out on cooling rack.
Notes
Serve it with Ketchup or any Dip. I like mine with Pasta
Serve it hot.
