  • Blanch tomatoes and keep aside to cool down. Then remove skin and make pulp
  • Boil pasta with water, oil and salt up to soft. Then strain the pastaand reserve 1/4cup of pasta water. Keep aside
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Then add chopped onion and chopped capsicum and saute again
  • Then add chopped mushrooms and salt to taste to it and saute and cook up to soft
  • Then add tomatoes pulp to it, also black pepper powder, sugar, basil, parsley and tomato sauce and cook up to dry
  • Then add cooked pasta and reserved pasta watee and cook
  • Add 1tbsp cheese and cover and cook for 2mins. Pasta is ready
