The base of Pasta bolognese is bolognese sauce. It is originated from Bologna Italy.

Ingredients
- 2 cup Pasta
- 4 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 8 cloves Garlic
- 2 Onion small
- 4tbsp tablespoon Celery sticks chopped
- 1 Carrot
- 6 Mushrooms-
- 1/4 cup Green capsicum chopped
- 1/4 cup Red capsicum chopped
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Dried basil
- 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon Black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon Chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Tomato sauce

Instructions
- Blanch tomatoes and keep aside to cool down. Then remove skin and make pulp
- Boil pasta with water, oil and salt up to soft. Then strain the pastaand reserve 1/4cup of pasta water. Keep aside
- Heat oil in a pan
- Then add chopped onion and chopped capsicum and saute again
- Then add chopped mushrooms and salt to taste to it and saute and cook up to soft
- Then add tomatoes pulp to it, also black pepper powder, sugar, basil, parsley and tomato sauce and cook up to dry
- Then add cooked pasta and reserved pasta watee and cook
- Add 1tbsp cheese and cover and cook for 2mins. Pasta is ready
