Spicy Stuffed Cheesy Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- Dry active yeast - 1/2 tsp
- Luke warm water - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- For Dough- All purpose flour - 1 cup
- Salt
- Refined oil - 1 tbsp
- Oregano flakes - 1 tsp
- Garlic finely chopped - 5 to 6 cloves
- Semolina - 1 tsp we are not going to mix it in the dough initially
- For stuffing- Boiled american corns - 2 tbsp
- Mozzarella shreddedCheese - 1/2 cup
- Chili garlic sauce for spreading - 2 tsp
- For sprinkling dry masala Oregano flakes - 1/2 tsp
- Chili flakes - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 pinch
- Dry mango powder- 1/2 tsp
- Onion powder - 1/2 tsp
- Butter around 1 tsp for the glaze and flavor
Instructions
- Firstly take a small bowl add yeast in it,now add warm water and sugar in it and mix it well with a spoon. Keep it aside for 10 minutes in a warm place. Now take another bowl add APF in it and add some garlic pieces in the flour.
- Then add salt and oregano and mix it well. After that make a well in the center of the flour and add the concoction of yeast in it. Then add the refined oil also in between. Now time to use your hands.
- Knead the dough properly for around 10 minutes and make it in round shape of a ball. After that take a bowl grease little oil in it and keep the dough ball in it for at least 1 hour. Cover the bowl with a cling film and keep the bowl in a warm place
- n the mean time take all the dry masalas and mix them together and keep aside. Now take american corns boil them,strain it and keep aside. Get ready with your shredded mozzarella cheese also.
- After 1 hour, pre heat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree. Now take your dough out from the bowl and knead it again. Take some semolina and knead it with the dough .
- Knead it for around 7 to 8 minutes by punching it. After that take a roller and make a thick round shape like a pizza base. Then spread chili garlic sauce on the roll and add corns and cheese on the half side(because you have to fold it )
- Now fold the base and seal its sides properly,you can apply some water at the ends. Take the melted butter and brush it on the folded base. After that make small slits on the base with the help of a knife.
- Time to sprinkle your dry masala on the top. Keep the base gently on a baking tray and bake it at 200 degree for 20 to 25 minutes. After 25 minutes ,let it cool down and its ready to enjoy. Enjoy your Spicy Stuffed Cheesy Garlic Bread at home 🙂
