Dominos Style Stuffed Garlic Bread

This recipe is very versatile, as you can add any filling in it. It can be vegetarian, Non-vegetarian or Eggetarian as per your choice.
Therefore, I made this Garlic bread with Mexican filling called Chicken fajita, which is usually served in the Wrap or tortilla with Guacamole which is an Avocado salsa. But I decided to put this filling with lots of Cheese in a Garlic Bread dough to make it more interesting. So here it come, hope you will like this recipe.

Ingredients
- Plain flour - 1 cup
- Dry active Yeast 3-4 teaspoon
- sugar 1 teaspoon
- Salt
- Boneless Chicken - 1 cup
- Red bell pepper - half cup
- yellow bell pepper- half cup
- green capsicum
- Onion Sliced 1 cup
- Oregano 2-3 teaspoon
- Chilli flakes 1-2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - half cup
- processed Cheese -2-3 cubes
- Mayonnaise 2-3 teaspoon
- ketchup half cup

Instructions
- Take a small bowl, Put dry active yeast in a warm water , add 1 teaspoon sugar and let it rest for a while to get active. Take another Bowl, put Plain flour , pinch of salt and mix well then add this yeast mixture in it, 2-3 teaspoon Olive oil.
- Now add salt, chilli flakes and oregano in it n make a soft dough. Cover the dough with cling film and Let the dough rest for 30 minutes in a warm place
- For Filling- Take a pan, put 2 teaspoon olive oil , add Chicken, pinch of Salt , black pepper and let it saute for a while.
- Now add Onions, mixed bell peppers, all seasoning , tomato ketchup and let it cook.
- Now take a small ball of the dough, flat it with the rolling pin.Spread mayonnaise, then Add a generous amount of the Chicken fatija filling. Shred some cheese on the top and shape it like Dominos style garlic bread
- Brush an olive oil, dust some oregano and chilli flakes on the top.
- Pre-heat Oven on 180' C n bake it for 15-20 minutes Until its Cooked.
Notes
You can brush beated egg on the top of the bread to give it a nice glace and crust
