About Dominos Style Stuffed Garlic Bread
This Dominos Style Stuffed Garlic Bread is incredibly versatile—you can customize the filling to suit your taste, whether you prefer vegetarian, non-vegetarian, or eggetarian options. In this unique twist, I've chosen a vibrant Mexican-inspired chicken fajita filling, infusing the bread with bold flavors you typically find wrapped in tortillas and paired with guacamole.
Instead of the usual wrap, the zesty chicken fajita mix is generously stuffed inside homemade garlic bread dough, along with plenty of gooey cheese. The result is a mouthwatering fusion of flavors and textures that transforms a classic favorite into something truly special. I hope you enjoy this creative take on stuffed garlic bread as much as I do!

Additional Tips
- For an extra cheesy pull, mix mozzarella with a small amount of sharp cheddar or Monterey Jack before stuffing—this adds depth of flavor and a beautiful color contrast when you slice open the bread.
- Brush the top crust generously with a mixture of melted butter, minced garlic, dried oregano, and a pinch of chili flakes before baking for a Domino’s-style aromatic finish and a slight kick.
- If you’re making this in advance, freeze the unbaked, assembled bread. When ready to serve, bake straight from the freezer, adding 8-10 extra minutes to the baking time—this helps the filling stay moist while achieving a crispy golden crust.
- For a vegetarian twist, substitute the chicken with sautéed mushrooms, corn, and black beans, keeping the fajita-style spices for bold flavor without losing the essence of the dish.
