Veggie Chop Burger
Ingredients
- 2 Carrot finely chopped
- 1 Beetroot finely chopped
- 2 Potato finely chopped
- 1 Green Chillies
- 1 inch Grated Ginger
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
- For Burger for burger
- 2 Burger Bun
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 slice Onion
- 2 slice Tomato
- 2 leaves Lettuce

Instructions
- Blanch all the veggies in a pressure cooker.
- Mash all the veggies,add salt,ginger,green chilly,red chilly powder,cumin seeds powder and corn flour and mix well.
- Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
- All the balls are made in the same way
- Coat with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the veggie tikki in a medium flame.
- Cut the burger into the middle.
- Spread butter and shallow fry the burger.
- Place the lettuce leave on one piece of burger
- Add onion slice,veg tikki,mayonnaise and tomato slice.
- Now cover with burger pieces and serve.
