Fried Brown Rice

A delicious easy to make dish when you are feeling too lazy to cook

Ingredients
- 2 cup Brown Rice organic
- 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
- 8 - 10 cloves Garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup Onions chopped
- 1 cup Carrots chopped
- 1/2 cup Cabbage chopped
- 1/2 cup Capsicum
- 5 florets Broccoli
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder

Instructions
- Wash the rice and soak it in water for half an hour.
- Keep water for boiling, add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil, add soaked Brown Rice
- Cook the rice for 15-20 mins until it's cooked. After the rice is cooked drain the access water, allow it to cool down.
- Heat olive oil, add chopped garlic saute for a minute.
- Add all the vegetables mentioned above then add salt, black pepper powder, give a nice stir.
- Cook veggies for 3-5 minutes, once the veggies are done add cooked Brown rice, 1 tsp soya sauce.
- Gently combine veggies and rice.
- Healthy nutritious Brown rice is ready. Enjoy.
