  • Wash the rice and soak it in water for half an hour.
  • Keep water for boiling, add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil, add soaked Brown Rice
  • Cook the rice for 15-20 mins until it's cooked. After the rice is cooked drain the access water, allow it to cool down.
  • Heat olive oil, add chopped garlic saute for a minute.
  • Add all the vegetables mentioned above then add salt, black pepper powder, give a nice stir.
  • Cook veggies for 3-5 minutes, once the veggies are done add cooked Brown rice, 1 tsp soya sauce.
  • Gently combine veggies and rice.
  • Healthy nutritious Brown rice is ready. Enjoy.
