Ingredients Â
- Organic Brown Rice: 2 cups
- 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
- 8 - 10 chopped garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onions
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Capsicum
- 5 broccoli florets
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper powder

- Wash the rice and soak it in water for half an hour.
- Keep water for boiling, add 1tsp salt, 1 tsp oil, add soaked Brown Rice
- Cook the rice for 15-20 mins until it's cooked. After the rice is cooked drain the access water, allow it to cool down.
- Heat olive oil, add chopped garlic saute for a minute.
- Add all the vegetables mentioned above then add salt, black pepper powder, give a nice stir.
- Cook veggies for 3-5 minutes, once the veggies are done add cooked Brown rice, 1 tsp soya sauce.
- Gently combine veggies and rice.
- Healthy nutritious Brown rice is ready. Enjoy.
