- 1 cup palak leaves
- 1 to mato
- Rock Salt for flavor
- ¼ piece ginger

Instructions
- Wash and chop the palak leaves. Wash And cut the tomato. Add ginger piece.
- Grind all 3. Add 1 to 2 cups water. Strain and season with rock salt. Skip straining, if want more pulpy drink like a smoothie. Serve your healthy drink.
