A very healthy drink that aids in weight loss. Spinach and Tomato are loaded with Vitamins and minerals that provide us with necessary nutrients, more so, when on a diet.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup palak leaves
  • 1 to mato
  • Rock Salt for flavor
  • ¼ piece ginger

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop the palak leaves. Wash And cut the tomato. Add ginger piece.
  • Grind all 3. Add 1 to 2 cups water. Strain and season with rock salt. Skip straining, if want more pulpy drink like a smoothie. Serve your healthy drink.
