Instructions
- Soak daal and rice overnight
- Drain water and grind it to make paste in mixer
- Keep it for fermentation for 8-10 hours
- In a pan heat little oil.pour a ladle full of batter and spread it evenly to make crispy dosa
- Turn it and cook it on other side
- Enjoy with chutney/sambhar /potato masala
