Ingredients
  

  • Urad daal 1 cup
  • Rice 3 cup
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Soak daal and rice overnight
  • Drain water and grind it to make paste in mixer
  • Keep it for fermentation for 8-10 hours
  • In a pan heat little oil.pour a ladle full of batter and spread it evenly to make crispy dosa
  • Turn it and cook it on other side
  • Enjoy with chutney/sambhar /potato masala
