Dosa is loved by all famous not only in southern India,but through out India.healthy for all age groups are becoming popular street foods throughout India.
Urad daal 1 cup
Rice 3 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Soak daal and rice overnight
Drain water and grind it to make paste in mixer
Keep it for fermentation for 8-10 hours
In a pan heat little oil.pour a ladle full of batter and spread it evenly to make crispy dosa
Turn it and cook it on other side
Enjoy with chutney/sambhar /potato masala
