  • Mix Yellow corn flour along with Bansi rava, Turmeric powder, Curd, Salt, Sugar and Olive oil in a large pan. Add water little by little, mix well and prepare batter without any lumps.
  • The consistency batter should not be too thick or too thin. Grease a wide pan with oil and keep aside.
  • Add eno to the corn flour batter and mix well. ( Mix eno only at the time you are going to steam ). Pour the batter to the greased pan and steam it for 25 - 30 mins in a medium flame or till the skewer comes clean.
  • Once done, remove from the flame, cool it for 5 to 10 minutes and then invert to a plate. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once it starts spluttering, add finely chopped green chilies followed by curry leaves, water, salt and sugar.
  • Add the lemon juice and let it boil. Pour seasoning / tadka water on the dhoklas and serve. Serve with Mint curd chutney.
