Crispy Paneer Tukdiya

  • 400 gms paneer cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp onion paste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 cup corn flakes lightly grinded
  • Salt
  • oil for frying
  • 3 tbsp maida


  • Mix all ingredients except panner,maida,corn flakes and make a mixture. Mix paneer pieces in this and keep for 5minutes. Put little water in maida and make a thick paste. Soak the mixed paneer pieces in maida, coat the corn flakes around it.
  • Fry these paneer pieces in oil till they become golden brown. Serve it either with tomato sauce or green chutney
