Crispy Thread Paneer without Frying

Crispy Thread Paneer is a popular Indo-Chinese appetizer where paneer pieces are marinated in a spicy mixture, wrapped in cooked noodles and then deep fried till crispy. Airfryer made my job easy, no more deep frying this crunchy snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Paneer
  • 2 tbsp Red Chilly sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Rice Flour
  • Salt As per taste
  • Black Pepper optional
  • 1 pack Noodles

Instructions
 

  • Prepare marinade by mixing all ingredients. Marinate paneer pcs in the prepare marinade for 10-15 minutes.
  • Boil noodles and wash with cold water.
  • Cover coated paneer with boiled noodles and then either deep fry or airfry at 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes till crispy.

  • Instead of noodles, spring roll sheets can be used
