- 200 gm Paneer Cottage cheese cut into cubes
- 3 tbsp mint chutney
- 1/2 Cup cornflakes normal one
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp maida
- 1 Teaspoon chilly flakes
- Salt according to taste
- Oil for frying

- For Mint Chutney take handful of mint leaves, half onion medium size, 1 raw mango, 3 green chillies, salt according to taste. blend all these ingredients in a mixer
- In a bowl add 2 tablespoon of green chutney, salt, chilly flakes mix them well add paneer cubes and keep aside for 10 Min
- In another bowl add maida, cornflour, 1 tablespoon of green chutney and 4 tablespoon of water to form a free flowing batter
- In a plate take cornflakes, crush them nicely, add bread crumbs and mix well
- Take a pan with oil for frying heat it Now take panner cube dip it in batter and then roll into cornflakes and breadcrumbs mixture. once coated nicely fry them in till it is cooked nicely
- Repeat the steps with rest of paneer cubes
- Crispy paneer cubes are ready, serve it with dip of your choice
