Ingredients
- 4 boiled and peeled potatoes
- 1/2 cup sooji
- 1/2 cup green coriander
- 4 green chillies chopped
- Salt
- Oil to fry

Instructions
- In a pan add 1/2 cup water, bring to boil add 1 tsp oil in it.when start boiling switch off the gas add sooji in it and cover the pan. Keep aside for 2 minutes.
- Keep the sooji in large bowl, press sooji with the back of spoon, add aloo, salt, green coriander, green chillies , mix it well.
- Heat oil in a kadai, put some oil on palm and knead the mixture. Take some mixture in your hand and give the shape of finger.
- When oil is hot, put potato fingers in the oil one by one, till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Crispy potato fingers are ready. Serve hot.
Notes
1. If you want more spicy, sprinkle chaat masala on it.
2. Drop potato fingers one by one in hot oil, otherwise they stick to each other.
