  • Marinate the chicken pieces with hung curd, salt, onion, capsicum, ginger garlic paste and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  • Marinate it again with the schezwan sauce and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare your skewer with chicken, onion and capsicum. Brush with oil and grill for around 35 minutes.
  • Serve hot.

  • Thread alternate pieces of onion and capsicum between the chicken on skewers to add bursts of sweetness and crunch, which balance the heat of the Schezwan sauce.
