Chicken Shezwan Kebab

A chicken kebab with the punch of schezwan sauce.

  • 500 gm Chicken breast cut into cubes
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • 100 gms Hung curd
  • 1 Large sized onion cut into cubes
  • 1 red and yellow capsicum cubed
  • Oil for brushing
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste


  • Marinate the chicken pieces with hung curd, salt, onion, capsicum, ginger garlic paste and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  • Marinate it again with the schezwan sauce and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare your skewer with chicken, onion and capsicum. Brush with oil and grill for around 35 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
