  • 1 kg Boneless Chicken cut in cubes breast
  • 200 gm Hung Curd
  • 4 tbsp Cream fresh
  • 30 gm Cheese
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 bunch Bunch Chopped Corriander chopped corriander
  • 1 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 2 Cardamom
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 3 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic chopped each
  • 1 tsp White Pepper Powder


  • Marinate the chicken pieces with curd, salt, fresh cream, cheese, ginger garlic paste, white pepper powder and egg. Keep it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Take butter and oil in a pan. Add the whole spices and sauté them for a while. Add the gram flour and sauté again. Add the chillies and chopped ginger-garlic. Add this into the marination, add coriander, oil and marinate it for another 1 hr.
  • Preheat the oven at highest possible temperature for 10 minutes and then put the skewer into the oven and cook for 35 minutes. Brush it with oil or butter.
  • Sprinkle chat masala and serve hot.
