cut into cubes
Salt

Schezwan sauce

gms Hung curd
1
Large sized onion
cut into cubes
1
red and yellow capsicum
cubed
Oil for brushing

tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste
Instructions
Marinate the chicken pieces with hung curd, salt, onion, capsicum, ginger garlic paste and keep it aside for 1 hour.
Marinate it again with the schezwan sauce and keep it aside for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
Prepare your skewer with chicken, onion and capsicum. Brush with oil and
grill
for around 35 minutes.
Serve hot.
