It's a Chinese sauce very popular nowadays in Indian cooking too , goes well with mono's , noodles , rice & many more variety of foods

Ingredients
  

  • Dried Red Chillies Soaked in warm water for 1/2 hr.
  • Chopped garlic - 2 no.
  • Chopped ginger - 1 inch
  • Salt
  • Soya sauce -1/2 tbspn
  • White vinegar - 1/2 tbspn
  • Sugar little
  • Olive oil -2-3 tbspn

Instructions
 

  • Take red chillies which are soaked in warm water ,de seed them & make fine paste in grinder with little water. Take pan, pour oil & heat add ginger garlic & chilli paste sa Now add soya sauce & vinegar add little water & salt sugar & cook.

Notes

Shezwan sauce is spicy , you can use in making shezwan rice , noddles ,momos . You can store this sauce in clean bottle & use when needed.Consistency of sauce can be adjusted as per your choice .You can add more oil to it as a preservative. Sugar balances the spiciness of sauce
