Ingredients
- 1 / Red Chillies (soaked in warm water for hr. dried)
- 2 no Garlic (chopped)
- 1 inch Ginger (chopped)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1/2 Soya Sauce (tbspn)
- 1/2 White Vinegar (tbspn)
- Sugar (little)
- 2 Olive Oil (tbspn)

Instructions
- Take red chillies which are soaked in warm water ,de seed them & make fine paste in grinder with little water. Take pan, pour oil & heat add ginger garlic & chilli paste sa Now add soya sauce & vinegar add little water & salt sugar & cook.
Recipe Notes
Shezwan sauce is spicy , you can use in making shezwan rice , noddles ,momos . You can store this sauce in clean bottle & use when needed.Consistency of sauce can be adjusted as per your choice .You can add more oil to it as a preservative. Sugar balances the spiciness of sauce
