  • Make a thick batter with adding wheat flour, mango puree, semolina, flaxseed, grated coconut, sesame seeds, fresh cream, pinch of salt and cardamom powder.

  • Whisk together to make a fluffy batter. Heat aappam maker apply ghee on the surface to make greasy. Then put the batter on every cavity.

  • Sprinkle little dry fruits then bake for 10 minutes. After then remove the lid and see how fluffy they are.

  • Now ready to serve or pack for tiffin. It can be served as a snack or dessert.

  • Made the aappam with ripe mango puree. I have not added any extra sweet, mango puree has natural sweetness.
