Ingredients
  

  • 300 gms Boneless chicken cubes
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 100 gms Hung curd
  • Oil for brushing
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • Chopped Coriander
  • Onion rings To serve
  • Chat masala as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken into small cubes, wash nicely and dry it completely.
  • Mix lemon juice and spices with yogurt. Mix the chicken and marinade for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  • For the second marination, add 2 tbsp mustard oil and mix well. Keep aside for 1 hour.
  • Put the chicken onto the skewers. Brush a little oil and cook in an oven at 180 degree for 25-30 minutes.
  • Remove and serve hot sprinkled with chat masala, chopped coriander and onions.
