Ingredients
- 300 gms Boneless chicken cubes
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tbsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Chilli powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt
- 100 gms Hung curd
- Oil for brushing
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- Chopped Coriander
- Onion rings To serve
- Chat masala as per taste

Instructions
- Cut the chicken into small cubes, wash nicely and dry it completely.
- Mix lemon juice and spices with yogurt. Mix the chicken and marinade for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- For the second marination, add 2 tbsp mustard oil and mix well. Keep aside for 1 hour.
- Put the chicken onto the skewers. Brush a little oil and cook in an oven at 180 degree for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove and serve hot sprinkled with chat masala, chopped coriander and onions.
