Cheesy Bottle Gourd

Ingredients
- 1 sliced bottle gourd
- 1 capsicum sliced
- 1 to mato sliced
- ¼ cup grated cheese
- ¼ cup rice flour
- ¼ tsp chilli powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ¼ tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp smoked chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Tomato sauce
- Salt
Instructions
- Take a thick sliced of bottle gourd remove the seeds and clean inside. Boil with little water.
- Make a batter with rice flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt.
- Take a pan add oil and keep the cooked bottle gourd capsicum and tomato. Add little cheese then pour the batter in center. Again add cheese.
- Flip other side then divide in four parts then sprinkle with smoked chilli flakes. Garnish with tomato sauce and serve.
