Cauliflower kebab - This is the easy way to make cauliflower kebab with less ingredients. Those who are pure vegetarian they can try this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower medium size
- ½ cup chickpeas boiled
- ¼ cup chickpeas flour
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 2 tbsp kebab masala
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2-3 green chilies chopped
- 1/2 bunch coriander leaves chopped
- 5-6 mint leaves chopped
- Salt to taste to taste

Instructions
- Wash the cauliflower with boiled water then grate and keep aside.
- Make a soft dough with adding grated cauliflower, boiled chickpeas, chickpeas flour, ginger paste, kebab masala, chopped green chillies, chopped fresh coriander leaves, chopped fresh mint and salt.
- Apply oil on the both palms, take handful dough and give kewab shape.
- Apply oil on the griddle and shallow fry the veg kewab.
- Turn both sides to make it crispy.
- Make a dip with hung curd and mint. Now ready to serve with mint dip.
