Cauliflower Stem Paratha
Ingredients
- 2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 8 to 10 Cauliflower stem
- to tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Green Chili Paste
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- Desi Ghee or oil oil or for frying

Instructions
- Knead the soft dough with flour,1 tsp salt,milk and water.keep aside cover with muslin cloth.
- Wash and remove the hard part of stem and grate the stem .add 1/2 tsp salt ,keep aside .
- Now squeeze the excess water .
- Heat 1 tsp oil and pop the cumin,add stem,salt,red chili powder,green chili paste,chat masala and cumin powder,
- Roast it till evaporates the water .cool the mixture.
- Divide the dough into small balls,stuff each with the mixture and make the paratha.
- Heat the griddle and shallow fry the paratha both sides.
- Serve hot with chutney or curd
