when we go out we can see every where all ladies surround the chaatwala to have this mouth watering batashe. Roadside food is not hygienic so I thought healthy ways to make this at home.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Semolina
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Oil for deep fry
- Water as required
- 2 cup Boiled Mashed Razma boiled mashed razma
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- 2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- Pinch Asafoetida
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 glass Water
- 1 tsp Pudina or paste paste

Instructions
- Make a dough with wheat flour, semolina, oil and water. Keep aside for half an hour.
- Take a mixing bowl add boiled mashed razma. Add salt, chilli powder, cumin powder keep aside.
- Take another mixing bowl add roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, pinch of asafoetida, lemon juice, black salt and pudina paste. Add water and mix ice cubes.
- Now spread the dough and cut with a sharp edges small bowl.
- Take a deep frying pan add oil and heat. Fry all balls shape golgappa.
- Serve with mashed razma, mixed water.
Recipe Notes
Outside food they add more hot spices. So children have to face problem. At home we can prepare as we like.
