when we go out we can see every where all ladies surround the chaatwala to have this mouth watering batashe. Roadside food is not hygienic so I thought healthy ways to make this at home.

  • Make a dough with wheat flour, semolina, oil and water. Keep aside for half an hour.
  • Take a mixing bowl add boiled mashed razma. Add salt, chilli powder, cumin powder keep aside.

  • Take another mixing bowl add roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, pinch of asafoetida, lemon juice, black salt and pudina paste. Add water and mix ice cubes.

  • Now spread the dough and cut with a sharp edges small bowl.

  • Take a deep frying pan add oil and heat. Fry all balls shape golgappa.
  • Serve with mashed razma, mixed water.

Recipe Notes

Outside food they add more hot spices. So children have to face problem. At home we can prepare as we like.
