Cake made with WHOLE WHEAT, JAGGERY and lots of FRUITS.
This is the healthiest cake which we can ever think of, fully loaded with fruit . We have used almost all the fruits which was available in the market ,like banana, Orange, Kiwi, straw berry pineapple, Apple, grapes .U can use any fruits which u like.
I have added custard powder to give nice flavour to cake.while eating the cake it feels like I’m having fruit custard.

- Pre heat the oven at 180 degree , Grease and dust the tin .
- Sieve the Wheat flour, custard powder , baking powder and salt.
- Melt the jaggery with two tbsp of water on gas or in microwave and keep aside to get it cool.
- Mix curd , baking soda and jaggery .Set aside for 3-5 minutes.Tinny bubbles will start appearing in the mixture.
- Add Oil , milk and vanilla essence to above mixture and mix well.
- Add the flour mixture to liquid mixture and mix well until no lumps is formed.
- Pour the above batter into the baking tin.
- Bake in the pre heated oven at 180 degree for 40 mins or until the skewer inserted comes out clean.
- Decorate the cake of ur choice of fruits .mix fruits in hung curd and fill in between the cake .
Notes
U can moisten the cake with orange juice . U can also mash banana and cut all the fruits in small pieced and mix in the batter.
